Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
These terms and conditions, together with the documents identified below (the “Terms”), govern your use of golden-roo.net (the “Website”) and all associated or connected services (together, the “Service”).
Please read the Terms carefully. They set out important rights and responsibilities relating to the Website and constitute a legally binding agreement between you, our customer (the “Customer”), and us. Whenever you use the Website and/or access the Service, whether as a guest or as a registered user holding an account (“Account”), you accept these Terms and any amendments published from time to time. If you disagree with the Terms, you must not access the Service or use the Website.
The Service belongs to Tusitier LTD, a limited liability company incorporated in the Marshall Islands under registration number 137952. Its registered address is Trust Company Complex, Ajeltake Road, Ajeltake Island, Majuro, Marshall Islands MH96960 (the “Company”). 2. General Terms
We may change or update these Terms, including the documents referenced and linked below, at any time. You should return to this page regularly to check the current Terms and Conditions. Changes become effective and binding as soon as they are published on the Website. If you do not agree with a change, you must stop using the Service immediately. Continuing to use the Website after publication constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms. Bets that remain unsettled when an amendment takes effect will continue to be governed by the Terms that applied before that amendment.
3. Your Obligations
Whenever you access the Website or use the Service, you acknowledge the following:
3.1. You are over 18, or meet the legal age for gambling or gaming under the laws of the jurisdiction applicable to you. We may ask you to submit documents proving your age at any time.
3.2. You have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement with us. Anyone who lacks that capacity must not access the Website or use the Service.
3.3. You live in a jurisdiction where gambling is permitted. You are not resident in a country that prohibits access to online gambling for its residents or for anyone located there. Ensuring that your use of the Service is lawful is entirely your responsibility.
3.4. You must not use a VPN, proxy, or comparable service or device to conceal or alter the identification of your actual location.
3.5. You are authorised to use the payment method you select.
3.6. All payments to us must be made in good faith. You must not try to reverse a completed payment or do anything that causes a third party to reverse it.
3.7. Betting may result in the loss of some or all of the money you deposit with the Service under these Terms. You bear full responsibility for any such loss.
3.8. You must not place a bet using information obtained in violation of any law in force in the country where you were located when placing that bet.
3.9. You act exclusively for yourself as a private individual in a personal capacity, not for another party or for commercial purposes.
3.10. You must not attempt to manipulate any market or any part of the Service in bad faith or in a way that compromises the integrity of the Service or the Company.
3.11. You must always deal with us and the Service in good faith, including in relation to every bet placed through the Service.
3.12. Neither you nor, where relevant, your employees, employers, agents, or family members are registered Affiliates in our Affiliate programme.
4. Restricted Use
4.1. The Service must not be used in any of the circumstances or for any of the purposes below:
4.1.1. You are younger than 18, or below the age of majority under the laws applicable to you; you cannot legally enter into a binding agreement with us; or you act as an agent or otherwise on behalf of someone under 18 or below the applicable age of majority.
4.1.2. You reside in a country that prohibits online gambling access by its residents or by any person within that country.
4.1.3. You reside in, or access the Website from, any of the following Restricted Countries or jurisdictions:
- Austria;
- France and its territories;
- Germany;
- the Netherlands and its territories;
- Spain;
- the Union of Comoros;
- the United Kingdom;
- the USA and its territories;
- all countries on the FATF blacklist;
- any other jurisdiction designated as prohibited by the Anjouan Offshore Financial Authority.
4.1.4. To gather other Customers’ nicknames, email addresses, and/or other information by any means, including spam, other unsolicited emails, or unauthorised framing of or linking to the Service.
4.1.5. To disrupt, improperly affect, or interfere with other Customers’ activities or the overall operation of the Service.
4.1.6. To distribute unsolicited commercial advertisements, affiliate links, or other solicitations. Such material may be removed from the Service without notice.
4.1.7. In a manner that we reasonably consider an attempt to (i) defraud the Service or another Customer using it, or (ii) collude with another Customer to secure an unfair advantage.
4.1.8. To scrape our odds or infringe any of our Intellectual Property Rights.
4.1.9. To carry out any unlawful activity.
4.2. You must not sell or transfer your Account to another party, or obtain another player’s account from a third party.
4.3. Transfers of funds between player accounts are prohibited in every form.
4.4. If you use the Service for an unauthorised purpose, we may terminate your Account immediately by giving you written notice. In certain circumstances, we may also bring legal proceedings against you.
4.5. Employees of the Company, its licensees, distributors, wholesalers, subsidiaries, advertising, promotional or other agencies, media partners, contractors, and retailers, together with the immediate family members of each, are NOT permitted to use the Service for real-money play unless the Company’s Director or CEO has consented in advance. If such activity is identified, the relevant account or accounts will be closed immediately and all bonuses and winnings forfeited.
5. Registration
By using the Service, you agree to the following at all times:
5.1. We may reject any registration application at our sole discretion without having to explain the specific reason.
5.2. You must complete the registration form personally and read and accept these Terms before using the Service. Before you begin betting or withdraw winnings, we may require you to become a verified Customer by completing certain checks. You may need to provide valid identification and any other documents considered necessary. Examples include, without limitation, photo identification such as a passport, driving licence, or national identity card copy, and a recent utility bill showing your name and address as evidence of residence. Until the required information is received, we may suspend betting or limit Account functions. These checks are carried out under applicable gaming regulations and anti-money laundering requirements. You must also fund your Account through the methods listed in the Website’s payments section.
5.3. You must supply accurate contact details, including a valid email address (the “Registered Email Address”), and keep them current. Updating the details in your Account is your responsibility. If you fail to do so, you may miss important Account notices and information, including amendments to these Terms. We use the Registered Email Address to identify and communicate with Customers. You must maintain an active, unique email account, give us its correct address, and notify the Company whenever that address changes. You alone are responsible for securing your Registered Email Address against third-party use. The Company accepts no responsibility for damage or loss claimed or considered to arise from communications with a Customer through that address. If we cannot reach you at your email address, your Account will be suspended until you provide a reachable address. If you deliberately submit false or inaccurate personal details, we will suspend your Account immediately by written notice. In some circumstances, we may also take legal action and/or report the matter to the relevant authorities, which may themselves take action.
5.4. Only one Account per Customer may be registered with the Service. If we discover multiple Accounts registered for you, they may be closed immediately. This restriction also covers Accounts held through representatives, relatives, associates, affiliates, related parties, connected persons, or third parties acting for you.
5.5. We may request further personal details, including your first and last name, or consult third-party information providers we consider necessary to assess your financial standing and verify your identity. If additional personal data is obtained from third-party sources, we will tell you what information was obtained.
5.6. Your Service password must remain confidential. When the requested Account information is entered correctly, we may treat the resulting bets, deposits, and withdrawals as your own. We recommend changing your password regularly and never sharing it. Protecting it is your responsibility, and any failure is entirely at your risk and expense. You may log out after each session. Notify us immediately if you believe someone is misusing your Account details, your Account has been hacked, or a third party has learned your password. You must also report a compromised Registered Email Address; we may ask for additional information or documents to establish your identity. Once we learn of such an incident, we will immediately suspend your Account. Until then, you remain responsible for all Account activity, including third-party access, whether or not you authorised it.
5.7. You must never share Service content or information with another Customer or any other party through screenshots or similar methods. Nor may you display such material in a frame or otherwise present it differently from how it would appear if that person entered the Service URL directly into their browser.
5.8. Registration gives you access to all currencies offered on the Website. Under these Terms, these currencies may be used for deposits, withdrawals, and bets placed and matched on the Service. Certain payment methods do not support every currency. Where this applies, the processing currency will be shown and a conversion calculator will be available on the page.
5.9. We are not required to open an Account for you. The registration page is only an invitation to treat. Whether to open an Account is entirely our decision, and a refusal need not be accompanied by an explanation.
5.10. After receiving your application, we may contact you for additional information and/or documents required to meet our legal and regulatory duties.
6. Your Account
6.1. Accounts may support more than one currency. In that case, balances and transactions are displayed in the currency used for the relevant transaction.
6.2. We do not extend credit for use of the Service.
6.3. We may suspend or close an Account if you breach these Terms, if we reasonably believe you are breaching them, to protect the Service’s fairness or integrity, or for other reasonable grounds. Advance notice may not always be possible. If your Account is suspended or closed for non-compliance, we may cancel and/or void your bets and withhold all Account funds, including deposits.
6.4. We may close or suspend any Account without advance notice and return all funds. Any contractual obligations that have already matured will nevertheless be fulfilled.
6.5. At any time and for any reason, we may reject, restrict, cancel, or limit a wager. This includes bets we regard as fraudulently placed to evade betting limits and/or system rules.
6.6. Money credited to your Account by mistake remains ours. On discovering the error, we will notify you and remove that amount from your Account.
6.7. If your Account has a negative balance for any reason, you owe us the amount of that deficit.
6.8. You must report any Account error as soon as you discover it.
6.9. Betting is intended solely as entertainment and enjoyment. Stop when it ceases to be enjoyable, and never wager money you cannot afford to lose. If you believe your gambling is no longer under control, you may self-exclude. Send Customer Support a message from your Registered Email Address stating that you wish to SELF-EXCLUDE. The request will take effect within 24 hours after receipt. Your Account will then be disabled until further notice from you, and you will be unable to log in.
6.10. You must not transfer, sell, or pledge your Account to anyone else. This restriction extends to transferring anything of value, including Account ownership, winnings, deposits, bets, and any associated rights or claims, whether legal, commercial, or otherwise. It also covers, without limitation, encumbering, pledging, assigning, granting usufruct, trading, brokering, hypothecating, or gifting such assets in any form, including arrangements with a fiduciary, another third party, a company, a natural or legal person, a foundation, or an association.
6.11. To close your Account, email Customer Support from your Registered Email Address using the links provided on the Website.
7. Deposit of Funds
7.1. Every deposit must originate from an account, payment system, or credit card registered in your own name. Deposits in a different currency will be converted at the daily rate from oanda.com or the prevailing rate used by our bank or payment processor, and your Account will be credited accordingly. Some payment systems charge additional conversion fees, which will be deducted from the deposit.
7.2. Deposits and withdrawals may carry fees or charges, as described on the Website. We generally cover transaction fees for deposits into your Goldenroo Account. Any charges your own bank imposes for depositing with us remain your responsibility.
7.3. The Company is not a financial institution. Credit and debit card deposits are handled by third-party electronic payment processors, not directly by us. A card deposit will be credited only after the payment-issuing institution supplies approval and an authorisation code. If the card issuer does not authorise the transaction, those funds will not be credited.
7.4. You must pay in full every payment and charge owed to us or to payment providers in connection with the Service. You agree not to charge back, renounce, cancel, or otherwise reverse a deposit. If you do, you must reimburse and compensate us for the unpaid deposit and all expenses incurred in recovering it. Winnings from bets funded by charged-back money will be forfeited. You acknowledge that a player Account is not a bank account and receives no guarantee, insurance, or protection under any deposit insurance, banking insurance, or comparable scheme in any jurisdiction, including your own. Funds held in the Account do not earn interest.
7.5. Accepting a promotion or bonus by entering a bonus code when depositing constitutes acceptance of the Terms of Bonuses and the conditions of that particular bonus.
7.6. You must not deposit funds derived from criminal, illegal, and/or unauthorised activities.
7.7. If you deposit by credit card, we recommend keeping copies of the Transaction Records and these Terms.
7.8. Online gambling may be unlawful where you are located. If it is, you are not authorised to use your payment card to deposit on this Website. You are responsible for knowing the online gambling laws in your country of domicile.
8. Withdrawal of Funds
8.1. You may request withdrawal of unused, cleared funds in your player Account in accordance with our withdrawal conditions. Each withdrawal must be at least €10 or its equivalent in another currency. This minimum does not apply when closing an Account, when the entire balance may be withdrawn.
8.2. No withdrawal commission applies after you have wagered your deposit at least once. Otherwise, for anti-money laundering purposes, we may deduct an 8% fee, with a minimum charge of €4 or the equivalent in your Account currency.
8.3. Before approving a withdrawal, we may verify your identity by requesting photo identification, address evidence, or further checks, such as a selfie or verification call. We may also perform identity checks at any other time during your relationship with us.
8.4. Withdrawals must go back to the debit card, credit card, bank account, or other payment method originally used to fund your Account. At our sole discretion, we may permit withdrawal to a different method, but additional security checks will always apply.
8.5. Contact Customer Service if you wish to withdraw but your Account is inaccessible, dormant, locked, or closed.
8.6. If your balance is at least 10 times the combined amount of your deposits, monthly withdrawals are limited to €5,000 or the equivalent in another currency. In all other cases, the maximum monthly withdrawal is €10,000.
8.7. We cannot guarantee that withdrawals or refunds will be processed successfully if you breach the Restricted Use requirements in Clauses 3.3 and 4.
9. Payment Transactions and Processors
9.1. You are solely responsible for paying everything owed to us. Payments must be made in good faith, without attempting to reverse them or causing a third party to do so to avoid a legitimately incurred obligation. You must reimburse us for any charge-back, payment denial, or reversal you make, together with any resulting loss. We may also charge an administration fee of €50, or its currency equivalent, for each such charge-back, denial, or reversal.
9.2. We may engage third-party electronic payment processors and/or merchant banks to handle your payments. You agree to their terms and conditions insofar as these are made known to you and do not conflict with these Terms.
9.3. Any transaction on the Website may be examined to prevent money laundering or terrorist financing. Suspicious transactions will be reported to the appropriate authority.
10. Errors
10.1. If our systems or processes malfunction or contain an error, all bets become void. You must notify us immediately upon discovering any Service error. We accept no liability to you or any third party for direct or indirect costs, expenses, losses, or claims arising from communication or system errors, bugs, viruses connected with the Service, and/or payments made to you because of a Service defect or error. We may void all affected games or bets and take any other steps needed to correct the error.
10.2. We take every effort to publish accurate bookmaker lines. Nevertheless, if a human or system error causes us to accept a bet at odds materially different from the general market at the time, or at odds plainly incorrect in view of the event’s likelihood when the bet was placed, we may cancel or void that wager. We may also cancel or void a wager placed after an event has begun.
10.3. We may recover any overpayment from you and adjust your Account to correct mistakes, including an incorrect price or an incorrectly entered event result. If the Account does not contain enough money, we may demand payment of the outstanding amount associated with erroneous bets or wagers. We may consequently cancel, reduce, or delete pending plays, whether or not they were funded with money arising from the error.
11. Rules of Play, Refunds and Cancellations
11.1. An event’s winner is established on its settlement date. For wagering purposes, we do not recognise decisions that are protested or subsequently overturned.
11.2. Published results become final after 72 hours, after which no queries will be considered. During the 72 hours following publication, results will only be reset or corrected for human error, system error, or a mistake by the results source we reference.
11.3. If the match’s governing body overturns a result for any reason during the payout period, all money will be refunded.
11.4. When a draw option is available and the game ends in a draw, stakes on a team to win or lose are lost. If no draw option is available and the match is drawn, all stakes are refunded. Where a draw option has not been offered, any extra time played counts towards the result.
11.5. If we cannot confirm a result, for example because an event broadcast is interrupted and no other source can verify it, we may elect to invalidate the event’s wagers and refund them.
11.6. We set minimum and maximum stakes for every event and may change them without prior written notice. Limits may also be adjusted for individual Accounts.
11.7. Customers alone are responsible for Account transactions. Completed transactions cannot be amended. We are not responsible for bets a Customer omits or duplicates, and we will not consider discrepancy claims based on missing or duplicate plays. After each session, Customers may check My Account to confirm that all intended wagers were accepted.
11.8. Bets on a matchup remain valid if the two teams are correctly identified, irrespective of the League heading under which it appears on the Website.
11.9. Dates and start times shown for eSport matches are indicative and are not guaranteed to be accurate. If a suspended or postponed match does not resume within 72 hours of its actual scheduled start, bets on that match have no action and are refunded. Bets on a team or player progressing in, or winning, a tournament remain valid despite a match suspension or postponement.
11.10. If we list an event under an incorrect date, all wagers remain valid for the date specified by the governing body.
11.11. A result remains valid when a team uses stand-ins, since using substitutes is the team’s decision.
11.12. The Company may remove events, markets, or any other products from the Website.
11.13. A detailed explanation of the sports wagering rules is available on the separate page titled SPORTS BETTING RULES.
12. Communications and Notices
12.1. You must send all communications and notices under these Terms to us through the Website’s Customer Support form.
12.2. Unless these Terms state otherwise, communications and notices from us will be published on the Website and/or sent to the Customer’s Registered Email Address held in our system. The method used is entirely for us to decide.
12.3. All notices and communications under these Terms, whether sent by you or us, must be written in English and sent to and from the Registered Email Address associated with your Account.
12.4. We may occasionally email you betting information, exclusive promotions, and other information from GoldenRoo. By accepting these Terms at registration, you consent to receive these emails. You may stop receiving promotional offers at any time by asking Customer Support to opt you out.
13. Matters Beyond Our Control
We are not responsible for any failure or delay in delivering the Service resulting from Force Majeure: an event reasonably regarded as beyond our control despite reasonable preventive measures. Examples include acts of God, trade or labour disputes, power outages, governmental or authority action, failure or omission, disrupted or failed telecommunications, and any other third-party delay or failure. We accept no liability for any resulting loss or damage you experience. In these circumstances, we may cancel or suspend the Service without liability.
14. Liability
14.1. TO THE EXTENT ALLOWED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE WILL NOT COMPENSATE YOU FOR REASONABLY FORESEEABLE DIRECT OR INDIRECT LOSS OR DAMAGE ARISING FROM OUR FAILURE TO FULFIL THESE TERMS, UNLESS WE BREACH A DUTY IMPOSED BY LAW, INCLUDING CAUSING DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY THROUGH NEGLIGENCE. IN THAT CASE, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE WHERE THE FAILURE IS ATTRIBUTABLE TO: (I) YOUR OWN FAULT; (II) A THIRD PARTY UNCONNECTED WITH OUR PERFORMANCE OF THESE TERMS, SUCH AS ISSUES WITH COMMUNICATIONS NETWORK PERFORMANCE, CONGESTION, CONNECTIVITY, OR YOUR COMPUTER EQUIPMENT; OR (III) EVENTS THAT NEITHER WE NOR OUR SUPPLIERS COULD HAVE ANTICIPATED OR PREVENTED EVEN WITH REASONABLE CARE. THE SERVICE IS FOR CONSUMER USE ONLY, AND WE ACCEPT NO LIABILITY FOR BUSINESS LOSSES OF ANY KIND.
14.2. IF WE ARE FOUND LIABLE FOR AN EVENT UNDER THESE TERMS, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU UNDER OR IN CONNECTION WITH THEM WILL BE LIMITED TO THE LOWER OF: (A) THE VALUE OF THE BETS AND/OR WAGERS PLACED THROUGH YOUR ACCOUNT IN RELATION TO THE RELEVANT BET, WAGER, OR PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THAT LIABILITY; OR (B) EUR €500 IN TOTAL.
14.3. WE STRONGLY ADVISE YOU TO (I) CHECK THAT THE SERVICE IS SUITABLE FOR AND COMPATIBLE WITH YOUR COMPUTER EQUIPMENT BEFORE USING IT; AND (II) TAKE REASONABLE STEPS TO PROTECT YOURSELF FROM HARMFUL SOFTWARE OR DEVICES, INCLUDING INSTALLING ANTI-VIRUS SOFTWARE.
15. Gambling by Those Under Age
15.1. If we suspect or are informed that you are under 18, or were under 18 or below the applicable age of majority when betting through the Service, we will lock your Account to prevent further bets and withdrawals. We will investigate, including whether you have acted as an agent or otherwise bet for a person under 18 or below the applicable age of majority. If we establish that (a) you are currently underage; (b) you were under 18 or below the applicable age of majority at the relevant time; or (c) you placed bets as an agent for, or at the request of, someone under 18 or below the applicable age of majority:
- All winnings already credited or awaiting credit to your Account will be retained.
- You must repay, on demand, all winnings obtained through the Service while underage. If you do not, we will seek all costs associated with recovering those sums; and/or
- Deposited money that is not winnings will, at our sole discretion, either be returned to you OR retained until you turn 18. We may deduct payment transaction fees from the amount returned, including fees we covered for deposits to your GoldenRoo Account.
15.2. This condition also covers a person older than 18 who bets from a jurisdiction with a higher legal betting age and has not reached that minimum age.
15.3. If we suspect a breach of this Clause or an attempt to use it fraudulently, we may take any steps necessary to investigate, including notifying the relevant law enforcement agencies.
16. Fraud
We will pursue criminal and contractual sanctions against Customers involved in fraud, dishonesty, or criminal conduct. If we suspect any such activity, we will withhold payment to the Customer. You must indemnify us and, on demand, pay all costs, charges, and losses we sustain or incur directly or indirectly because of your fraud, dishonesty, or criminal act. This includes direct, indirect, and consequential losses and losses of profit, business, or reputation.
17. Intellectual Property
17.1. Unauthorised use of our name or logo may lead to legal action against you.
17.2. As between you and us, all rights in the Service, our technology, software, business systems (the “Systems”), and our odds belong exclusively to us. Your personal profile must not be used for your own commercial profit, for example by selling a status update to an advertiser. We may remove or reclaim your chosen Account nickname if we consider it appropriate.
17.3. You must not use our URL, trademarks, trade names, trade dress, or logos (the “Marks”), and/or our odds in association with products or services that are not ours, in a way likely to confuse Customers or the public, or in a way that disparages us.
17.4. Apart from what these Terms expressly allow, neither we nor our licensors grant you express or implied rights, licences, title, or interests in the Systems or Marks. All such rights remain expressly reserved to us and our licensors. You must not use manual or automatic devices to monitor or copy Service pages or content. Unauthorised use or reproduction may result in legal proceedings.
18. Your License
18.1. Provided you comply with these Terms, we give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence, without any right to sublicense, to access and use the Service solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. That licence ends when our agreement with you under these Terms terminates.
18.2. Except for your own content, you must not modify, publish, transmit, transfer, sell, reproduce, upload, post, distribute, perform, display, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit the Service, its content, or its software unless expressly permitted by these Terms or elsewhere on the Website. Information or content on the Service, or supplied in connection with it, must not be changed, combined with other data, or published in any form. This includes screen scraping, database scraping, and any other activity intended to collect, store, reorganise, or manipulate that information or content.
18.3. Breaching this Clause may also infringe intellectual property or other proprietary rights belonging to us or third parties, potentially exposing you to civil liability and/or criminal prosecution.
19. Your Conduct and Safety
19.1. To protect you and all other Customers, content posted on the Service and conduct relating to that content and/or the Service must not be unlawful, inappropriate, or undesirable in any way. Such activity is strictly prohibited (“Prohibited Behaviour”).
19.2. If you engage in Prohibited Behaviour, or we decide at our sole discretion that you have done so, we may immediately terminate your Account and/or your access to or use of the Service without notice. Other Customers, third parties, enforcement authorities, and/or the Company may take legal action against you in connection with that behaviour.
19.3. Prohibited Behaviour includes, without limitation, accessing or using the Service to:
- Promote or circulate information you know to be false, misleading, or unlawful.
- Carry out unlawful or illegal activities, including advancing criminal activities or enterprises, violating another Customer’s or third party’s privacy or other rights, or creating or distributing computer viruses.
- Harm minors in any manner.
- Transmit or make available unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, lewd, violent, hateful, racially or ethnically objectionable, or otherwise objectionable content.
- Share content you have no right to provide under law or a contractual or fiduciary relationship, including material infringing third-party copyright, trademarks, or other intellectual property or proprietary rights.
- Transmit or supply material containing software viruses or other computer or programming code, including HTML, intended to interrupt, destroy, or change the Service’s functionality or presentation, or that of another website, software, or hardware.
- Interfere with, disrupt, or reverse engineer the Service in any way, including intercepting, emulating, or redirecting our communication protocols; creating or using cheats, mods, hacks, or other software designed to alter the Service; or using software to intercept or collect information from or through it.
- Retrieve or index Service information using robots, spiders, or other automated mechanisms.
- Participate in any action or activity that, in our sole and unrestricted discretion, causes or may cause another Customer to be defrauded or scammed.
- Distribute unsolicited or unauthorised advertisements or mass communications, including junk mail, instant messaging, “spim”, “spam”, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or other solicitations.
- Open Accounts automatically or under false or fraudulent pretences.
- Impersonate another Customer or any third party, or do anything else we reasonably regard as contrary to our business principles.
This list is not exhaustive and may be changed by us at any time or periodically. We may investigate and take whatever measures we consider appropriate or necessary at our sole discretion, including deleting Customer posts and/or closing Accounts. We may act against any Customer or third party who directly or indirectly engages in Prohibited Behaviour, or knowingly permits another party to do so directly or indirectly, with or without notice to the Customer or third party concerned.
20. Links to Other Websites
The Service may link to third-party websites that we neither maintain nor control and with which we are not connected. Such links are supplied only for Customer convenience. We do not investigate, monitor, or verify the linked websites for accuracy or completeness. A link does not mean that we endorse, or are affiliated with, the website, its contents, or its owners. We have no control over, or responsibility for, its availability, accuracy, completeness, accessibility, or usefulness. When visiting such sites, we recommend taking the usual precautions for a new website, including reading its privacy policy and terms of use.
21. Complaints
21.1. For questions or concerns about these Terms, contact Customer Service through the links on the Website. Always use your Registered Email Address when communicating with us.
21.2. NOTWITHSTANDING THE ABOVE, WE ACCEPT NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR RESPONDING TO A COMPLAINT WE RECEIVE OR FOR ACTION TAKEN IN CONNECTION WITH IT.
21.3. If you disagree with the settlement of a bet, give Customer Service details of your complaint. We will make reasonable efforts to reply within a few days and, in any event, intend to answer all such queries within 28 days of receiving them.
21.4. A dispute must be submitted within three (3) days of the date the relevant wager was decided. Claims submitted later will not be honoured. You alone are responsible for transactions on your Account.
21.5. If a dispute arises between you and us, Customer Service will try to reach a mutually agreed resolution. If that is not possible, the matter will be referred to management.
21.6. If every attempt to resolve the dispute to your satisfaction fails, you are entitled to have it settled by arbitration.
22. Assignment
You may not assign these Terms or any associated right or obligation without our prior written consent. We will not unreasonably withhold that consent. We may assign any or all of our rights and obligations to a third party without your consent, provided that party can deliver a service of substantially similar quality. We will do so by publishing written notice on the Service.
23. Severability
If a competent authority finds any provision of these Terms invalid or unenforceable, it will be amended so that it can be enforced in keeping with the original wording’s intention to the fullest extent allowed by applicable law. All remaining provisions will retain their validity and enforceability.
24. Breach of These Terms
Without restricting any other remedies available to us, we may suspend or terminate your Account and decline to provide further Service if we reasonably consider that you have breached a material provision of these Terms. We may act without advance notice, but will promptly notify you of the action taken.
25. General Provisions
25.1. Term of agreement. These Terms remain fully effective while you access or use the Service or are a Customer or Website visitor. They survive the closure of your Account, whatever the reason for that closure.
25.2. Gender. Singular words include the plural and plural words include the singular. Masculine wording includes feminine and neuter genders, and vice versa. References to persons include individuals, partnerships, associations, trusts, unincorporated organisations, and corporations.
25.3. Waiver. Any waiver by us of your breach or threatened breach, whether suggested by conduct or otherwise, has no effect against us and does not bind us unless recorded in writing and duly signed by us. Unless the written waiver states otherwise, it applies only to the particular breach identified. Not enforcing a provision at any time does not waive that provision or our right to enforce it later.
25.4. Acknowledgement. By subsequently accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted every paragraph of these Terms. You therefore irrevocably waive any future argument, claim, demand, or proceeding contrary to anything contained in them.
